   1962 to 1979 Chevy Nova Super Sport

            The Chevy Nova SS was available in a coupe or convertible it offered a range of powerful V8

 engines it is an American made classic muscle car. The SS package included a 350 cubic inch V8 to a 396

 cubic inch V8 depending on the model year it came with bucket seats, a center consol, and the SS

 badging. Novas sported the SS badge until 1976, front disc brakes were optional on the 1968 Nova SS.


              The Chevy Nova is one of the most collectible cars, with a varying price range depending on the 

year, condition, originality.

  The 1974 Chevrolet Nova got a center bow-tie grille emblem, as well as modified bumpers that 

added two inches to the length and helped cushion minor impacts. The Powerglide was replaced by a

 lightweight version of the three-speed Turbo-Hydramatic 350 already offered with the 5.7L V8 for

 the 1974. 'The Spirit of America' Nova was introduced in 1974 the limited-edition Nova Coupes

 were painted white and featured blue and red accent stripes as well as red and blue interior carpets

 and fabrics.
